Return & Refund Policy

Because most Sangio Creative products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, custom products are generally not eligible for return or exchange.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at sangiocreative@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the request and, when appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Please carefully review all names, dates, messages, photos, and design details before placing your order. We are not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect information, or low-quality images submitted by the customer.

Orders may only be canceled before production has started. Once a personalized item is in production, cancellation may not be possible.
